Terra Absentis (2026), commissioned by the Hayward Gallery for Small Wonders: Reimagining British Art, a touring exhibition marking the Southbank Centre’s 75th anniversary, is an archival pigment digital print on Studio Etching Rag 300gsm (954mm x 420mm). The work forms part of a series of amalgamated landscapes and still lifes constructed through the digital stitching together of multiple sources to create imagined loci. Approaching image-making through a painterly register, it generates hybrid spaces in which landscape and still life are reconfigured as layered, provisional fields of perception.
